PIA Op-ed in Insurance Journal on Disclosure, Contingent Commissions

 

In this week’s issue of Insurance Journal magazine, PIA Executive Vice President & CEO Len Brevik has an op-ed article which discusses PIA’s recent court filings on two issues of critical importance to PIA members. Brevik comments on PIA’s objections to recent proposed settlement agreements in regard to a flawed mandated disclosure form and prohibitions on certain contingency compensation.
