Federal Court Hearing in Zurich Case on Monday November 6

U.S. District Court Judge Faith S. Hochberg has called a hearing and ordered all parties, including PIA, to appear in her courtroom on Monday, November 6. The hearing, part of deliberations in a class action lawsuit involving Zurich Insurers, will be held in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark. We believe that one focus of the hearing is likely to be the issues raised by PIA in our filing of an amicus brief objecting to aspects of a proposed settlement agreement; however no one can be certain what the judge has in mind until the hearing is held. PIA will be there. We will issue memos and/or updates in Newsline, as needed, following the hearing.
