On June 10, a memo was sent by Bob Williams, Group President for Drive Insurance, to PIA State Executive Directors and Staff, stating that Drive has decided not to include specific commission percentages on disclosure notices on agent generated business.  PIA is in complete agreement on the agent disclosure section and we thank Bob for acting with integrity by listening to agents and responding positively. PIA National worked very closely with Mr. Williams on this matter, meeting with him at length when he traveled to our headquarters, engaging in a constructive dialogue on issues of importance to professional insurance agents. PIA National looks forward to a continuing, strong working relationship with Progressive/Drive in support of all PIA members.
