FloodSmart to Promote “Agents Who Are Doing It Right” – Submit Now!

www.FloodSmart.gov will soon begin featuring testimonials that showcase the agents’ positive experiences in writing flood insurance policies for customers who were covered when they experienced a flood. In addition to being posted on the website, these stories may be used to identify “Agents Who Are Doing It Right” in local or national media outreach, thus providing you and your agency with free, positive publicity in your community.

As the FloodSmart team tries to obtain agents’ stories, they also want to highlight customer testimonials of positive experiences in filing a flood claim, by featuring them on the FloodSmart.gov website. They recognize that you, as an insurance agent, are their best source for identifying people who have had a positive flood insurance experience from their initial purchase through a satisfying claim process. Most importantly, agents who represent these featured customers will have a unique opportunity to have their agency mentioned on a site that is viewed by nearly 315,000 visitors every month.

FloodSmart’s goal in securing these testimonials is to celebrate agents who successfully serve their clients by guiding them to make the smart choice to protect their home. Please contact the FloodSmart team at info@femafloodsmart.com if you have a story to share.
