PIA Sends Letters to Congress, State Insurance Commissioners on H.R. 5840

As part of PIA’s grassroots campaign to raise our concerns regarding the Insurance Information Act of 2008 (H.R. 5840), PIA has sent letters to all the state insurance commissioners in the country and to Members of Congress. The letters detail our serious concerns with this bill as it is currently written.

The campaign against H.R. 5840 is PIA’s number-one issue during our third annual Political Involvement and Advocacy Month, which is now underway and lasts throughout August.
