On November 17, the National Conference of Legislators (NCOIL) will host a panel discussion entitled: Interstate Compacts: An Idea who’s Time has Come.  Panelists include: Frances Arricale, Executive Director, Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission; Richard Bouhan, Executive Director, National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices and Robert H. (Skip) Myers, Jr., Managing Partner, Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Mr. Myers is counsel to PIA National and represented PIA National in its filing of an amicus brief on issues related to contingent compensation and the use of mandated disclosure forms.
