The Rough Notes Company has announced that Emmanuel (Manny) Levy, editor of Insurance Advocate from 1958 until August 2004, has joined Rough Notes magazine as a feature columnist. Manny joined the Advocate in 1946, following the completion of five years of military service. Under his direction, Insurance Advocate covered virtually every segment of the business. The weekly magazine became a voice for producers and the industry, providing equal opportunity for commentary on all sides of an issue.
