PIA of New Jersey has presented its 2009 Professional Agent of the Year award to PIA National President Kenneth R. Auerbach, Esq. The presentation was made June 8 during the PIANJ/PIANY Joint Annual Conference in Atlantic City.
Auerbach was president of PIANJ in 2000-2001 and is currently a member of PIANJ’s Government Affairs Committee. He has received numerous honors for his work, including the Distinguished Insurance Service award, PIANJ’s Director of the Year award, and a PIA National presidential citation for his work on agent’s compensation and disclosure issues. Auerbach is managing director and general counsel of the E&K Agency in Eatontown, N.J.
