PIA Agents Umbrella Now Has New Lower Underlying Minimums

 

If you are an agent in any of the states where the PIA Agents Umbrella Program through Penn National is offered, we are pleased to announce that Penn National Insurance company has lowered its minimum requirements for underlying E&O coverage.
 
The new minimum requirements are:

  • 1M/1M minimum for agencies with gross commission income less than $500,000
  • 1M/2M minimum for agencies with gross commission income between $500,000 and $1,000,000
  • 1M/3M minimum for agencies with gross commission income between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000
  • 2M/4M minimum for agencies with gross commission income between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000

This change will make it possible for many additional PIA Member agencies to take advantage of this cost-saving and coverage enhancing program.
