The flagship company of The Main Street America Group, National Grange Mutual, has received the highest rating of 85 property/casualty insurance carriers studied in a recent nationwide survey in terms of "Ease of Doing Business." The study was conducted by the consulting firm Deep Customer Connections of Massachusetts.Findings regarding individual firms are being kept confidential but National Grange Mutual chose to disclose its ranking after the consulting firm advised the company where it stood.

Almost 600 agents responded to the survey. National Grange Mutual is a founding carrier partner in the PIA Company Council of Executive Officers (PIA-CCEO) and has worked extensively with the PIA-CCEO Value Difference series. Lisa Murman, Director of Marketplace Planning and Development with NGM parent corporation Main Street America Group, is a past chair and current co-chair of the PIA-CCEO.
