Through our national flood insurance service center, we offer the most advanced Internet services available including:

- repetitive loss review
Our flood processing and claims management services are the most timely and accurate in the industry. We also have a specialized department to handle book of business transfers. Commission and cancellation refund checks are processed and mailed in a consistent and timely manner. Commissions are payable on the 15th of each month from The Hartford, an "A" Rated company.
The PIA Advantage
As a participant in PIA National's official flood insurance program, you have the power of PIA behind you. Our dedicated staff is here to help should you need assistance. Furthermore, participating PIA members have access to the Flood Insurance Marketing Support Center -- a PIA member-only benefit.
Several programs are available to PIA members:
The Standard program includes a web-based application process with your agency doing the customer service administration with Internet and live customer service support. With this web-based program, you can keep policy quotes on a local PC and print policies and endorsements, right in your office. In addition to complete training materials, you will also receive agency production reports.
With The Hartford, PIA members will receive service levels that significantly exceed federal standards including same day turnaround for Internet transactions and experienced and friendly customer service representatives.
The Flood Solutions program includes a streamlined application process with The Hartford's Flood Insurance Processing Center doing most of the work. Flood Solutions simplifies the writing of flood insurance for your agency. Instead of having to complete a lengthy, time consuming application, you can now submit one simplified form to The Hartford's Flood Insurance Processing Center. Licensed CSR's will do most of the work-ordering Flood Zone Determinations, working with you to get elevation certificates, quoting, issuing policies and providing service on new and renewal policies after the sale. These CSR's can work with your staff or directly with your customer as requested. The Flood Solutions program is ideal for agents who don't write a large amount of flood insurance and those agents who are just starting to write flood policies.
Surplus Lines Flood
For PIA members enrolled in The Hartford Flood Program, the following Surplus Lines flood insurance coverages are available through WNC First Insurance Services:
