On Friday, August 20, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) launched Part II of the official registration process for agents and brokers who wish to participate in a Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). Part II, an identity proofing process, is required for agents/brokers who wish to serve in the individual market. Part I was launched earlier this month.
