The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) has released its 2011 Annual Report highlighting the progress made toward integrated producer licensing. Last year NIPR introduced the Non-Resident Adjuster Licensing (NRAL) application with the Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) ability and the addition of Massachusetts to the renewal function in the Gateway. These major advancements were just two of the more than 200 state initiatives implemented in 2011. “Our annual report reflects NIPR’s outstanding success of the past year,” said NIPR Executive Director Maryellen Waggoner. “The work we’ve done and the products we’ve put in place are easing the demands of a laborious paper-based licensing process.”
