After two years of research and development, The Omnia Group is proud to unveil the Omnia® Cultural and Generational Index (OCGI). This custom-written assessment allows their clients the unique ability to optimize the growing reality of multigenerational employees with their respective workplace/cultural preferences.

Each one of us identifies in some part with four key generational groups: Traditional, Boomer, Generation X and Generation Y. Knowing key similarities and differences between the employee and the workplace culture preferences allows businesses to create specific, generation-based plans for employee retention and growth by understanding how best to communicate and motivate.

Free Web Seminar

Omnia is hosting a free 45 minute web seminar that explains the four generations, how to manage them and the OCGI product on December 13 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern/11:00 a.m. Pacific. Space is limited. Please click on this link to register: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/298123937

Special Offer

From December 13th through January 18th, when you purchase an Omnia Employee Retention Profile (click "Existing" on the profile authorization page of Omnia's website), you will receive it together with the OCGI individualized report at no cost. Under "Special Instructions," write Web Offer. Omnia will process these reports as time and resources permit. (Candidate Profiles and Employee Profiles without OCGI will still be returned in three hours.)
