On March 29, PIAPAC hosted its annual dinner at the newly remodeled Reserve Officers Association in Washington, D.C. During the fundraising event, outgoing PIAPAC Chairman Bob Gyle recognized the 2006 top contributors.

This years distinguished winners included members of the President's Circle ($1000/yr. contributors) and Chairman's Caucus ($500/yr. contributors) as well as the winners of the 2006 Chairman's Challenge and State Executives Award. Additionally, Harper Young of Mississippi was named 2006 PIAPAC Person of the Year.
