Jennifer A. Tahaney, CISR, CWCS, of The Seltzer Group of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania was named the 2010 PIA National Customer Service Representative of the Year on March 20, 2010 during a ceremony in Arlington, Virginia. The award was presented by PIA National and was sponsored by The Hartford Financial Services Group.

"This year's recipient of the CSR of the Year award exhibits the highest degree of professionalism," said PIA National Vice President/Treasurer Fred Thomas, in presenting the award. "Jennifer joined The Seltzer Group in 1988. After 21 years, she continues to be a vital part of the agency as Director of Marketing. Throughout the years, Jennifer has continued to develop new and innovative ways to promote The Seltzer Group."
