The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has elected its officers for 2013, with Louisiana Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon as president; North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm as president-elect; Montana State Auditor and Commissioner of Securities and Insurance Monica Lindeen as vice president; and Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Michael Consedine as secretary-treasurer. Donelon succeeds Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty as the NAIC president. The recently elected officers will take office on Jan. 1, 2013.
