In the insurance industry, we are constantly encouraged to engage with prospects and current customers through social media. People are trusting of social media because it allows them to share information and use their social networks to garner opinions. As a business owner, have you ever thought about using that strategy — for the same reasons — to motivate your employees and increase a sense of accountability through your agency?

If your agency is already on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, then you have access to a large amount of people. Your employees have access to people as well. Wouldn’t it be great if you could share all of their great accomplishments with both sets of networks?
