PIA members who haven’t yet seen the 2013 PIA National Agency Marketing Guide can read it on PIA National’s website at www.PIAAgencyMarketingGuide.com.

The 2013 edition focuses on how agency owners can get the most out of their people, processes and systems, so that they can increase sales and improve their bottom line.

PIA’s panel of experts provide specific suggestions to those tasked with managing producers, so that they can align their hiring, training and compensation systems with their agency’s goals. They also examine agency sales processes and explain how new technology can enable agencies to efficiently identify sales opportunities and earn money that they have been leaving on the table.

The 2013 PIA National Agency Marketing Guide was mailed to PIA members along with the June issue of PIA Connection magazine.
