New Hampshire will see the smallest percentage increase in average premiums in 2017, among all 38 states using the federal HealthCare.gov marketplace. The state increase is estimated at 2 percent, compared with an average of 25 percent for all states, according to data released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. New Hampshire’s competitive situation is in contrast to 2014 when just one company offered health insurance options in the state.

New Hampshire’s marketplace is relatively robust, with four companies offering health insurance options.
