The old concept of Worksite Marketing has been around for years and has yielded varying levels of success for agents.  But the new concept of "Employee Marketing" is quite different and can be the key to effectively and efficiently writing new personal lines business.

What is Employee Marketing?

Like traditional Worksite Marketing programs, PIA's Employee Marketing system let's PIA members reach personal lines prospects where they work.  Unlike traditional programs, however, PIA members who work with PIA's partner, Agency Revenue Tools, can offer these prospects their standard markets at their standard commission levels.  These prospects become your customers of your agency.

It's easy to see why agencies that have worked the program have found great success.  After all, they are offering prospects the variety and choice of coverage that is the hallmark of the independent agent - with the convenience of paying for their insurance through payroll deduction.
