November 14, 2006

For those PIA members who were unable to attend the first "INTRODUCTION TO ION" WebEx presentation, held on Tuesday, 11/14/06 at 4pm Eastern (same day registration is possible if it hasn't passed yet), please consider joining us for a repeat performance on Thursday, 11/30/06 at 2pm Eastern.

These presentations will introduce PIA members to the Insurance On-line Network, or ION, an on-line, multi-carrier, life insurance quoting system. This web-based service presents term products from multiple carriers and offers producers the opportunity to fill out a short "request for application" form on-line, thus initiating the application process.

If you've been hearing about ION, but don't know much about it or how it can benefit your agency, now's your chance to learn more and ask questions. Starting on Tuesday, November 14, 2006, the carriers who make up ION are putting on two WebEx presentations to introduce the program to PIA members, followed by two more presentations to provide staff training to those PIA member agencies who would like to use ION to improve their term life sales. PIA member WebEx presentations will be held on the following dates:

"INTRODUCTION TO ION": Tuesday 11/14/06, 4pm Eastern & Thursday 11/30/06, 2pm Eastern (same presentation both days)

"ION TRAINING": Tuesday 12/5/06, 4pm Eastern & Thursday 12/14/06, 2pm Eastern (same presentation both days)

REGISTRATION: To register for these ION WebEx presentations, please click here.

These WebEx presentations are provided as an additional service to PIA members. Attending these sessions is not required to participate in the PIA/ION program. To learn more and get started immediately, please click here.
