PIA members who would like to read it now may download the digital edition (please note: this is a large PDF file).

The 2012 Agency Marketing Guide is the third publication in an annual series published through the PIA Branding Program. The 2012 edition addresses a topic on the minds of many independent insurance agents: personal lines insurance. Steve Anderson, Alan Shulman and other esteemed authors make the case for including personal lines prominently in your agency and help agency owners better understand how they can do so in a way that is profitable.
