To be effective your website has to be found. To be found you have to anticipate what the average customer you want to attract will enter into their search engine.

For example: One of your clients is at a youth soccer match and is discussing those things parents talk about while watching six–year olds swarm from one end of the pitch to another. The other parent says he just got his auto renewal and the price has gone up so much he’s considering switching. He asks your client what agency he’s with. He can’t remember the name of your agency, so he gives him your name. If your name isn’t Tom Jones, you’ve got an opportunity if your site has been properly set up and has enough “authority” so that your name prompts a first page response on Google.
