In it, PIA notes thatthe relationship between an independent insurance agency and its multiple carrier partners is designed to achieve mutual benefit, accomplishing together what the parties cannot alone. We offer to every carrier an open door to be a sounding board for changes they may be contemplating. “Such communication can foster more successful results,” we note.
