Groundbreaking research conducted by The PIA Partnership for “Touch Points – The Voice of the Customer” is creating industry buzz. Why? Because it counters “conventional wisdom” about what insurance customers really value. It turns out that customers value what professional independent insurance agents offer.

This week, two articles appeared about the PIA research and the related tools available exclusively to PIA members. The National Underwriter published an article. That was followed by an article in LifeHealthPro, a new magazine published by the National Underwriter.
